A:
Yes, Owners do have the freedom to choose and use their own contractors. However, all contractors must coordinate with Vision's maintenance department so that we can advise the tenants accordingly. The contractors will also need to address the issues in a timely manner. All emergency repairs must be addressed within 24 hours.
