Mr. Vilenko is an investment professional with over 10 years of strong business and legal background in real estate, private equity, structured finance and securities. Mr. Vilenko has handled over 150 acquisitions and sales of residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and hospitality properties either through direct asset acquisition or through the acquisition of various corporate entities, securities, convertible bonds or mezzanine structures in both distressed and non distressed scenarios. Mr. Vilenko has an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and has been admitted to the New York and Israel Bars.
